Google Earth is Amazing

Google Earth is amazing. Since Hurricane Katrina hit the USA many people around the world as well as people from Google and NOAA have been creating overlays to be used with Google Earth to show the devastation that the flooding and hurricane has caused. Here is a screenshot from my computer of an overlay of the superdome and surround areas post Katrina –

I doubt FEMA or any other organisation has satellite software this good and its available to the general public for free!
